HoangHa & Associates law firm has been established from 2010 under the Certificate of Registration No. 41.02.1360/TP/DKHD issued by the Department of Justice of Ho Chi Minh City, by lawyer Ha Vu Hoang as founding member and the firm has been operated and managed by Mr. Ha Vu Hoang from the beginning until this date.
The firm initially focuses on professional legal services and consultancy for foreign investment projects in Vietnam and now it has been gradually expanded target clients to all other business and institution sectors as the practice area of the firm is now mainly on corporate and business legal matters.
Managing Partner
- Mr. Ha Vu Hoang is founding member of HoangHa & Associates and is the firm’s managing partner. Mr. Hoang is a corporate lawyer with more than 10 years of experience. His diverse legal experience has helped him to have ability to thoroughly analyze the strategies and goals of corporations to effectively guide businesses through the complexities of governmental regulations and corporate compliance requirements, while consistently maximizing shareholder value.
- Mr. Hoang graduated the University of Law of Ho Chi Minh City from 2001 and received his master degree in international law from Transnational Law and Business University in Seoul, Korea on 2005. He was admitted to the Bar Association of Ho Chi Minh City and is a member of Vietnam Bar Federation.
- Prior to the founding of HoangHa & Associates, Mr. Hoang practiced as legal assistant for InvestConsult Group and Bizlaw Vietnam from 2001 to 2006. He also worked as managing partner of CK Law Firm for three years from 2007 until 2010.
- Mr. Hoang has continuously led HoangHa & Associates through difficult time from its beginning of operation and now the firm has earned its preliminary success and especially much faith from its clients. He is having plenty of plans for the firm’s development and will manage it to grow up firmly with solid foundation.
